3D Printing
The art of additive manufacturing

Infrastructure, technology, skills. To drive you to the future of massmanufacturing and product engineering, we’re committed to extraordinary process and talented people.
For this reason, Setvis has now opened 3Dreamalize, an innovative Lab focused on FDM and SLA tecniques, scanning and 3D measurement.

What are the advantages of 3D printing?
If you’re searching for a manufacturing process combining accurate results, fast-delivery and low-cost production, additive manufacturing is all you need. It saves you from moldsmaking guaranteeing a high-level of detail and customization.
Here’s why 3D printing is the perfect choice if you need to:
- fast develop your product
- make geometry-complex products or prototypes at low-cost production and assembly
- test your product or prototype dimension and performance accuracy
Addictive manufacturing can boost your product development like never before. Here with you every step of the way.
How we can help
Our 4 FDM and SLA machines can print both resins and filaments up to 400 °C and beyond. Objects or even sketches are just enough to create tridimensional models that can be tested in Setvis Metrology Lab using our next-gen scanning tools.
Explore our 3D printing services to start your project:
-
Stereolithography (SLA) for product manufacturing, rapid prototyping, testing, finishing
-
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) for product manufacturing, rapid prototyping, assemblies inspections

We use the most common resins for 3D printing:
-
FDM Technology: ABS, PLA, PA (Nylon), Rubberlike resin, Copolyester, Stone filament, Wood filament, Metal Paste (steel, bronze, brass, silver), Food Paste (chocolate)
-
SLA Technology: DS2000 for medical applications, DS3000 biocompatible resin, RD095 ceramic resin, RD096 plasterlike, DD-1000 bio-compatible materials, GL4000 for organic tissue uses
