Injection molding
The art of thermoplastic injection molding
With 4,5 million molded parts and over 200 polymers’ transformation procedures per year, Setvis has now become a first-class Italian company in plastic injection molding services.
We deliver from hundreds to thousands parts at a time with no minimum or maximum quantity order required.. Available materials for molding include a wide range of polymers, technopolymers, non-toxic biopolymers, and polymers with fire resistance, antistatic, uv-resistance properties.

What are the advantages of injection molding for polymers?
Injection molding is a common plastic manufacturing process, suitable for both large and low-medium volume production, functional prototypes and pilot runs.
Injection molded products have unique qualities in terms of mechanical strenght, uniformity and adaptability, which is extremely helpful if you need to:
- mass-produce with a small investment
- develop geometry-complex products in multiple colors
- make V0, FDA, UV, RoHS products

How we can help
Our 3.000 mq production plant is provided with 12 Arburg machines for thermoplastic molding with clamping force ranging from 35 to 550 tons. They’re fully assembled with dehumidifier systems, mold thermoregulation circuits, and robotic technology for post-processing operations on molded parts outside of the molding machine. We offer injection molding services for any kind of plastic with high-efficient, top-quality estethic results.
